SALES CONDITIONS

The present general terms & conditions of sales apply to any order confirmed by MTV Great Wines.

PRICES

Unless otherwise stated, prices are given in Euro – per bottle and are exclusive of taxes and postage and packaging costs, unless otherwise agreed.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due on receipt of the invoice. Any delay of payment shall entail a 6% prorata temporis additional fee to be charged.

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

In accordance with law 80-335 of 12 May 1980 the goods remain our property until receipt of payment in full.

DELIVERY

Information on product availability and delivery times is provided when your order is confirmed. These details are given for information purposes only and are not binding. Information on wines availability is provided at the time of their receipt in our warehouse so you can pick them up 48 hours later or ask them to be delivered.

RECEIPT

You are responsible for checking on the good condition of your parcels at the time of receipt. You shall notify the company about any damage and write it down on the delivery form.
